He left both these companies in 2005 and has now started his own company which outsources talent in software and management.  He is currently the CEO and MD of Talent Maximus.

to be my Hero...

Days went on like this.... where i used to tell that Arvind was my hero... when ever any one used to ask for Favorite hero ke bhaaremein..... i used to get annoyed when few of them wd not know who he is..... i had to tell them, aare suno, arvind is the Hero in Bombay movie.... vo bholthe, "atchaa Vo".... I used to hate such folks

I had a pic of his framed and kept in the living room of my house.... and my mom had to answer many of those who would ask who that person was on the pic...

Days went on..... a couple of years later i got to see him in person. He visited my office where i used to work earlier while he was the Managing Director of ProLease....

Dil toot gaya... mera, jab mein ne use dekhaa... 2nd floor se.... vo apne car ki tharaf nikhal raha thaa....

mein ne use top view mein dekha, pathaa nehi ushe elevation bholthe hai ki 3Dview or 4Dview, par dekha mein ne upar se, "He was Bald".........(I want to give special effects of my heart breaking like a glass break, but i dnt hv that opption here) uske sar ke bhal jhad gaye the..... Vo tho ganja thaa :( :( :(

Saare sapnay tootu gaye.... Arvind ka sapnay movie mein uska dil toot thaa hein na.... kuch usi tharah...

Hero nikhla Zero.... Ya... his head was like a foot ball stadium... aah......One huge physic.... NO NO NO NO NO he is not my Hero any more

Mein ghar aayi aur uska photo nikhal diya diwar mein se aur mere dil se bhi
